Help Free a Man Wrongfully Convicted and Imprisoned
Dear Family, Friends and Those We've Met on Our Paths:

Tina and I are excited to share with you news about our venture to do our part in serving justice.

We have set up an account as: Serving Justice Foundation, with the intent to incorporate, and apply for 501 (c) (3) status as Serving Justice Foundation, and with the mission to assist those in prison maintaining their innocence, as well as assisting exonerees.

As you might be aware of, there is little in the way of assistance for either groups of people in the way of funding for DNA testing or investigators, or for educational scholarships, employment and other services for exonerees. Until then, and as a way to help raise funds, we will be offering the following:

'Blue Steel and Cinderblock: Poems from Prison'
Poetry I wrote while wrongfully imprisoned,  attaching a silicone wristband to the self-bound books.

We also have very cool/very stylish, powder-coat engraved, aluminum bracelets with the following sayings:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
        EXONEREE
FREEDOM ISN'T FREE              (BLACK)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
SERVING JUSTICE                    (GOLD w/ DUAL SCALES OF JUSTICE)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
SUPPORTING AN INNOCENT
WRONGFULLY IMPRISONED    (GOLD w/DUAL RIBBONS)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I.P. FREEDOM FIGHTER
...AND JUSTICE FOR ALL          (GOLD w/DUAL SCALES OF JUSTICE)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
THE DEATH PENALTY
  AN EYE FOR AN EYE
LEAVES US ALL BLIND            (MAROON w/OPEN EYE, CLOSED EYE)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We are asking for a $10 donation for the aluminum bracelets ( plus $2.00 shipping and handling for up to five bracelets; $4.00 for 6-10). If you would like to order a bracelet for an exoneree, that would be great; however, we will accept no money from exonerees, and Exoneree bracelets will be provided for free to any we see at our occasional gatherings.

$25 donation for the books of poetry w/silicone wristband (plus $3.00 shipping and handling).
I'd be happy to sign your copy, personalized with a specific name if requested.

Shipping to the USA only at this time.

Please make checks or money orders payable to:

Once we are a 501 (c) (3), all purchases and donations will be tax deductible.

We are going to take small steps so as not to become overwhelmed with the bureaucracy that could bog us down. As always, if this or any of my emails are not welcome, please let me know and you will be free from future mailings. Feel 'free' to include this information on a website, or forward to friends and associates.

'I hope that this letter finds you and finds you well.'
