Michael's Monthly Message for December 2007
December 8, 2007

Hi Everyone,

I've just posted Michael's December 2007 Monthly Message on the web site at: http://www.freemichaelnow.com/monthlymessage_dec2007.html. This month's message is about Christmas and love, and what Christmas means to Michael. Each month as I read his message I realize what an enlightened human being he is.

In his message he thanks all of you that have contributed to his defense fund; I'd like to second that and say how grateful I am for your generosity. We still have a way to go to reach our goal of $20,000.00 (we're currently at $6,200.00) but I'm confident that we'll make it. I encourage those of you that have not yet made a donation to consider doing so, and those of you that already have if you may be able to contribute a little more. This being Christmas I know many of you have sent Michael Christmas gifts and money in past years and it's greatly appreciated. Although Michael could still use the money to support his prison expenses (no, prison life isn't free) I ask you to consider making the following choice: 1) send Christmas money to Michael; or 2) Make a check out to Advocates for Wrongfully Convicted to be included in Michael's defense fund. Christmas is the time for giving and this is a worthwhile gift. You can find out more information about making a contribution by going to: http://www.freemichaelnow.com/funding_investigative_services.html

I would also ask if you can send a card or letter to Michael. It gets real lonely this time of year for prisoners, especially those in prison that are wrongfully convicted and there are many of them. You can send your cards and letters to the address at: http://www.freemichaelnow.com/send_letter.html In addition you may want to consider sending a message to Michael via his Guest Book at: http://www.freemichaelnow.com/Index.htm Those of you that live in Mass. or near the OCCC at Bridgewater, MA might want to consider visiting Michael in prison over the holidays. I've been told by his Mother that the visits at OCCC are much nicer then at SBCC. If you're able to make a visit go to: http://www.freemichaelnow.com/send_letter.html for directions, and rules and regulations of the prison.

I want to wish all of you a Happy Holiday and a wonderful New Year. My gratitude goes out to you for your support, prayers and generosity for Michael.

God bless you,

Dick
