Hi Everyone,
I just received information from the Mass. Supreme Judicial Court's (SJC) calendar that oral arguments for Michael's case will be heard on Wednesday, January 4, 2006, 9:00 AM at the John Adams Court House, One Pemberton Square, Boston, MA. Michael's lawyer and the Commonwealth's attorney will each have 30 minutes (I believe that's the correct amount of time) to argue their position in front of the seven justices of the SJC.
I will get back to you as I receive more information.
