Michael has moved

Hi Everyone,
I have some good news to report. Michael has been transferred to Old Colony Correctional Center (OCCC) located in Bridgewater, MA. This move is a plus in many ways:
1. It is a level 4 Medium Security Prison instead of the level 6 Super Maximum Security Prison Michael was incarcerated at SBCC.
2. He will have more freedom and be able to spend more time out of his cell; at SBCC he was locked in his cell at least 21 hours a day.
3. Visiting hours are longer and more frequent.
4. He will be able to wear civilian clothes instead of the prison garb he had to wear at SBCC.
5. He will be able to have a job which he wasn't allowed to have at SBCC.
6. He will be located much closer to his Mother, and thankfully to me when I'm on Cape Cod during the summer months.

The number W80371 next to Michael's name is key to whether he receives mail. Since he is new he is in orientation and being moved etc. So, they locate him by W80371 rather than his name. Also, if you want to send Michael a book you need to tell him (write him in advance) so that he can put in a slip to receive the book. Otherwise if you just send a book Michael will have to pay to have it returned to you (sender).

I also have some other good news to report. During the past week I have received an additional $2,700.00 in contributions for Michael's defense fund. I am expecting more during the upcoming week which will allow us to hire John Nardizzi (PI) to begin the initial phase of his investigation into Michael's wrongful conviction. I encourage you to please contribute to help Michael prove his innocence and overturn his wrongful conviction.
