Hi Everyone,
I have some wonderful news to report. On Friday, July 8, 2005 the Massachusetts Appellate Court (AC) issued it's decision in Michael's case. The court ruled that "The judgments are reversed, the verdicts set aside, and judgments shall enter for the defendant." After I talk to Michael's lawyer, early next week, I will get back to you with further information and where we go from here. Stay tuned.
