Hi Everyone,
I just got off the phone talking with Michael. Today marks the 133rd day since Michael's oral argument. Typically, the Massachusetts Appellate Court renders a decision within 120-130 days after an oral argument. Those of you familiar with Michael's case knows there's nothing typical with this case. Michael's is a very complex case with many issues to be decided. When the court will issue their verdict is anyone's guess. I believe the court is thoroughly studying Michael's appeal and will render a just verdict based on the truth and the facts of law.
The waiting on this decision is a very anxious time for Michael. There is something you can do to bolster Michael's spirit and let him know you are thinking of him and holding him dear in your heart.
1. Prayer - continue your prayers for Michael that he will have peace knowing a just verdict will be rendered. Pray for the justices of the Massachusetts Appellate Court that they will reach a fair and just verdict.
I thank all of you for your continued support and prayers. You can't imagine what a difference it makes to Michael knowing how many of you on the outside are praying for him and thinking of him.
God bless all of you,
Dick
