Hi Everyone,
Michael's oral arguments were held yesterday (1/12/05). I spoke with Michael yesterday afternoon after he had spoken with his attorney. The arguments went very well. Michael felt very positive after talking with his attorney. Based on the information Michael communicated to me I too feel very positive. I'm hopeful the Massachusetts Appellate Court will issue a verdict favorable to Michael. We should know their decision within the next 60-120 days. After I receive tape transcripts of the arguments I will get back to you with more specifics.
